肾移植受者服用免疫抑制剂体验的Meta整合

摘要 目的:系统评价并整合肾移植受者服用免疫抑制剂的真实体验,为护理人员构建改善患者服药体验、促进服药行为的干预策略提供参考依据。方法 :检索国内外相关数据库,搜集关于肾移植受者术后服用免疫抑制剂期间体验的质性研究,检索时限均为建库至2022年4月。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心2016版质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行归纳和整合。结果 :纳入17篇文献,提炼出43个明确的研究结果,将相似结果归纳为10个类别,整合为感知服药益处、感知服药障碍、应对策略3个结果。结论 :护理人员应重视肾移植受者服用免疫抑制剂期间面临的困难与障碍,及时评估其使用的应对策略是否有效,给予患者多方面的专业支持,进而帮助患者改善服药体验,促进服药行为。 Objective:To systematically review and synthesize the experience of taking immunosuppressants in renal transplant recipients,and to provide evidence-based guidance for interventions to improve the medication taking experience and promote the medication taking behavior.Methods:Relational database were searched from inception to April 2022 for qualitative research studies on the experience of taking immunosuppressants in renal transplant recipients.The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative research(2016)in Australia was used to evaluate the quality of studies,and the Meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the results.Results:A total of 17 studies were included,with 43 clear research findings grouped into 10 categories by their similarities,and 3 integrated findings were synthesized,including perceived benefit of taking medicine,perceived barriers of taking medicine,and coping strategies.Conclusion:Nurses should pay attention to the difficulties and obstacles faced by renal transplant recipients in taking immunosuppressants,timely evaluate whether the coping strategies are effective,and provide various professional supports for patients to improve their medication experience and promote their medication behavior.
