摘要
对苗药虎耳草的化学成分进行研究。采用硅胶柱色谱及制备液相等方法对虎耳草乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。从虎耳草乙酸乙酯部位中共分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖苷(1),槲皮素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),槲皮素3-O-β-木糖-(1→2)-β-半乳糖苷(3),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4),槲皮素(5)。为该药材合理开发利用提供科学依据。
The chemical constituents of Miao medicine Saxifraga stolonirera Meeb.were studied.The ethyl acetate fraction of Saxifraga stolonirera Meeb.was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis.Five flavonoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Saxifraga stolonirera Meeb.and identified as quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside(1),quercetin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(2),quercetin-3-O-β-xylose-(1→2)-β-galactoside(3),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(4)and quercetin(5).A scientific basis was provided for rational development and utilization of the medicinal materials.
