摘要
聚四氟乙烯垫片作为一种非金属密封元件,因其耐高低温、抗腐蚀性及抗老化等特性,被用于工业设备中机件之间的密封连接,其本身的属性决定了PTFE垫片的使用场合。本文基于聚四氟乙烯垫片的密封性能,从聚四氟乙烯材料特性及PTFE垫片技术要求的角度对其介绍,重点对优化PTFE垫片的密封性能方法进行论述,为提高聚四氟乙烯垫片的密封性能及减少安全事故提供思路。
As a non-metallic sealing element,PTFE gasket is used for sealing connection between parts in industrial equipment due to its high and low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and aging resistance.Its own properties determine where PTFE gaskets can be used.Based on the sealing performance of PTFE gasket,this paper introduces it from the perspective of PTFE material characteristics and technical requirements of PTFE gasket,focusing on the methods of optimizing the sealing performance of PTFE gasket,providing ideas for improving the sealing performance of PTFE gasket and reducing safety accidents.
