摘要
防撞型智能地上消火栓可以在被外力撞击后只断裂某一部件,而保护本体不受损且保证水不泄漏,防撞不泄漏是其关键技术和重要功能。本文通过对智能地上消火栓防撞功能的设计研发,并通过严谨的验证,以达到其功能的可靠性;并且智能地上消火栓通过安装各类传感器定时采集相关信息,通过网络传输,平台管理系统可以收集分散的消火栓运行状态,在此基础上消火栓平台管理系统就可以实现对安装分散且数量巨大的消火栓状态的集中管理,克服目前消火栓人工管理所遇到的问题,及时发现问题及时处理问题,从而减少了经济损失和资源浪费。
The anti-collision intelligent above-ground fire hydrant can only break a certain component after being hit by an external force,protect the main body from damage and ensure that no water leaks.Anti-collision and non-leakage are its key technologies and important functions.This paper designs and develops the anti-collision function of intelligent aboveground fire hydrants and passes rigorous verification to achieve the reliability of its functions.And intelligent above-ground fire hydrants regularly collect relevant information through the installation of various sensors;through network transmission,the platform management system can collect scattered hydrant operating status;on this basis,hydrant platform management system can realize the centralized management for the fire hydrant status with scattered installation and huge number,overcome the current fire hydrant manual management problems,timely find problems and deal with problems in time,thereby reducing economic losses and waste of resources.
