摘要
大型高层住宅小区的出现,能够有效降低现代城市资源分配压力,从而使更多民众能够享受到社会资源。但高层建筑的出现也同样增加了施工难度,使建筑行业不得不进行技术更新。本文以大型高层住宅小区为突破口,以装配式施工、支护安全分析为关键词,详细分析了现代施工技术的发展方向。
