摘要
环氧树脂(EP)是应用比较广泛的树脂之一,而无卤阻燃剂中的磷系阻燃剂又是当今的研究热点。为进一步了解磷系阻燃剂在环氧树脂中的应用情况,笔者梳理了近5年来国内关于含磷阻燃剂在环氧树脂中的应用,同时针对无机和有机含磷阻燃剂对环氧树脂阻燃改性的研究进展,提出:将无卤阻燃剂中的磷系阻燃剂复配其他阻燃剂或者其他助剂,有利于在新的阻燃系统中发挥协同阻燃效果;阻燃剂的发展应趋向于多功能化、绿色和环保;添加量少、阻燃效率高的阻燃剂是今后研究的方向。
Epoxy resins(EP),one of the resins,is widely satisfied in different practical application.At the same time,halogen-free flame retardant of phosphorus-based is also a hot spot of the current research.To further understand the situation of the phosphorus containing flame retardant used in EP,we reviews the progress in recent five years about the application of phosphorus containing flame retardant.Meanwhile,this work focused on the advances of some inorganic and organic phosphorus containing flame retardant in the EP and proposed that halogen-free flame retardant of phosphorus-based combined with different flame retardancy or other agent,contributed to synergistic flame retardant performance in new system.The development of flame retardancy tends to be multifunctional,and environment-friendly.What’s more,the predication about small addition and better flame resistance of flame retardancy will be research trend in future.
