摘要
本文对无人机3D目标追踪相关技术进行综述,通过梳理国内外相关研究文献,总结目前主流的无人机3D目标追踪方法,对各种方法的优缺点进行分析比较。本文介绍了基于Swin Transformer的无人机3D目标检测分析,根据不同的技术手段,将无人机3D目标追踪方法分为改进TLD算法、自适应Siamese算法、基于改进PP-YOLO和Deep-SORT算法以及Trans Track等多种类型,详细阐述了各种方法的技术原理。结果表明,无人机3D目标追踪技术在军事、安防、交通等领域有着广泛的应用前景。实际应用中,应根据目标特性、环境条件等因素选择合适的追踪方法,提高无人机目标追踪的效率和准确性。
This paper reviews relevant technologies of UAV 3D target tracking,by combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,the current mainstream UAV 3D target tracking methods are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed and compared.This paper introduces the UAV 3D target detection and analysis of Swin Transformer.According to different technical means,the UAV 3D target tracking methods are divided into improved TLD algorithm,adaptive Siamese algorithm,improved PP-YOLO and Deep-SORT algorithm,TransTrack and other types,and the technical principles of various methods are described in detail.The results of this review show that UAV 3D target tracking technology has a broad application prospect in military,security,traffic and other fields.In practical application,appropriate tracking methods should be selected according to target characteristics,environmental conditions and other factors to improve the efficiency and accuracy of UAV target tracking.
