以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出中国进入新发展阶段的战略判断,明确了中国发展的历史方位,其发展目标由全面小康大跨越到全面建成社会主义现代化强国。党的二十大明确的新时代新征程中国共产党的中心任务,是目标跨越、全面推进、自信自立、同心协力的战略目标指向。党的二十大作出的“分两步走”全面建成社会主义现代化强国,是强大战略定力下贯通两个一百年奋斗目标、创新人类文明新形态、为人类社会现代化做新贡献的战略安排,赋予了人类文明新形态、社会主义现代化强国新的丰富内涵,明确了推进和拓展中国式现代化创造人类文明新形态的分两步走目标及其实现路径,强调致力于人自由而全面的发展、创造人口规模巨大的现代化,致力于推动更多低收入人群迈入中等收入行列、创造全体人民共同富裕的现代化,致力于物质文明和精神文明高质量发展、创造物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化,致力于形成绿色生产生活方式、创造人与自然和谐共生的现代化,致力于国家安全体系和能力全面加强、创造走和平发展道路的现代化。
The central task of the CPC in the new era and new journey defined at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is the strategic goal of leaping over,comprehensive advancing,self-confidence,and self-reliance,and pooling efforts.The“two-step approach”made at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to comprehensively build a powerful socialist modernization country is a strategic arrangement that integrates the two centenary goals,innovates new forms of human civilization,and makes new contributions to the modernization of human society under a strong strategic focus.It has given new forms of human civilization and new rich connotations to a powerful socialist modernization country.It has defined the two-step goal of promoting and expanding Chinese path to modernization to create a new form of human civilization and its realization path,and emphasized that it is committed to free and comprehensive human development to create a huge population of modernization,promoting more low-income people to enter the ranks of middle-income people to accomplish modernization of common prosperity for all the people.It is committed to the high-quality development of material and spiritual civilization,creating a coordinated modernization of material and spiritual civilization,forming a green production and lifestyle,establishing a harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature,comprehensively strengthening the national security system and capabilities,and realizing modernization that follows the path of peaceful development.
