摘要
MVR制盐系统蒸发过程中产生大量的低温冷凝水,待冲洗两级板式换热器卤水侧完成且电导率稳定后,低温冷凝水含盐量和硬度均极低,并且含有大量的显热。本文就如何进一步对低温冷凝水进行再利用以及对低温冷凝水热量回收再利用提出一些合理性建议,对于MVR制盐工艺低温冷凝水的再次利用提供了一定的指导。
A large amount of low temperature condensate is generated in the evaporation process of MVR salt making system.After the brine side of two-stage plate heat exchanger is flushed and the conductivity is stable,the low temperature condensate has low salt content and hardness,and contains a large amount of sensible heat.This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to further reuse the low temperature condensate and heat recovery and reuse of the low temperature condensate,It provides some guidance for reuse of low temperature condensate in MVR salt making process.
