摘要
目前,国内游梁式抽油机减速器的输出轴与曲柄大多采用楔键连接,在实际装配时,需要现场磨削楔键。为此文中结合实际生产情况,给出了一种楔键现场磨削装置,有效解决了楔键磨削时间长、效率低的问题。
At present,most of the output shaft and crank of the domestic beam pumping unit reducer are connected by wedge keys,and in the actual assembly,it is necessary to grind the wedge keys on site.For this reason,combined with the actual production situation,a wedge key on-site grinding device is given,which effectively solves the problem of long time and low efficiency in wedge key grinding process.
