摘要
电子元器件是整机设备的重要组成部分,也是保障整机设备正常、稳定运行的基础,元器件的可靠性与整机设备的可靠性密切相关。元器件筛选能够有效地剔除不合格元器件,提升元器件和设备的可靠性,是检验元器件批合格率、质量一致性的重要手段之一。二次筛选是由用户方结合元器件自身特点和实际应用需求,在一次筛选的基础上,进行的科学合理的、更贴近实际需求的筛选,是保障电子元器件在装机使用前的可靠性的重要途径之一。首先,阐述了元器件二次筛选的重要性;其次,在此基础上,探讨了科学合理的二次筛选对象选取和方案设计对于提升元器件可靠性的意义;然后,对元器件二次筛选体系的建立提出了建议;最后,讨论了元器件二次筛选当前面临的问题和未来的发展方向,以期为相关人员更好地开展电子元器件二次筛选提供一定的指导。
Electronic components are an important part of the whole equipment,and also the basis for ensuring the normal and stable operation of the whole equipment.The reliability of components is closely related to the reliability of the whole equipment.Component screening can effectively eliminate unqualified components and improve the reliability of components and equipment,which is one of the important means to check the qualification rate and quality consistency of components and parts.The secondary screening is scientific,reasonable and closer to the actual needs by the user based on the primary screening in combination with the characteristics of components and actual application needs,which is one of the important ways to ensure the reliability of electronic components before installation and use.Firstly,the importance of secondary screening of components is expounded.Then,on this basis,the significance of scientific and reasonable secondary screening object selection and scheme design to improve the reliability of components is discussed.Next,suggestions on the establishment of secondary screening system of components are put forward.Finally,the current problems and future development direction of secondary screening of components are discussed,in hoping to provide some guidance for relevant personnel to better carry out secondary screening of elec-tronic components.
