摘要 通过全钢轮胎公司硫化工艺实际使用情况,对比分析全钢轮胎热水硫化和氮气硫化能源消耗成本和优劣势,探讨改造的可行性,同时介绍最近各轮胎厂正在研究和实验的轮胎电硫化工艺,该工艺还需要进一步的验证效果,成功批量投入使用后,将颠覆传统的硫化工艺。 Based on the actual use of the vulcanization process in all-steel tire companies,this paper compares and analyzes the energy consumption costs,advantages and disadvantages of hot water vulcanization and nitrogen vulcanization for all steel tires,and explores the feasibility of transformation.At the same time,this article introduces the tire electric vulcanization process that various tire factories are currently researching and experimenting.This process still needs further verification of its effectiveness.Once successfully put into mass use,it will overturn the traditional vulcanization process.
