摘要
以3个香葱品种为试材,研究不同栽培基质和播种密度对移动式NFT活体盆栽香葱生长的影响。结果表明:香葱的成苗率主要由品种特性决定,‘荣宝603’和‘荣剑’均有较高的成苗率;单盆鲜重同时受品种、播种数量和栽培基质的影响,在细沙栽培条件下‘荣剑’品种播种密度为10粒∕盆时表现最优;香葱总成本的差异主要由栽培基质决定,使用细沙作为栽培基质成本最低,其中‘荣剑+播种10粒∕盆+细沙基质’组合的单位成本最低,为3.88元(人民币,下同)∕kg。综上,‘荣剑+播种10粒∕盆+细沙基质’组合的生产方式具有成苗率高、产量高和生产成本低的特性,是移动式NFT活体盆栽香葱的适宜生产方式。
Three chive varieties were used to explore the suitable cultivation methods of the NFT mobile growth system.The results showed that the seedling survival rate of chive was mainly determined by variety characteristics,‘Rongbao 603’and‘Rongjian’had higher seedling survival rate;the fresh weight of single pot was affected by variety characteristics,sowing density and cultivation substrate at the same time,and‘Rongjian’with 10 seeds∕pot sowing density using fine sand cultivation treatment could have the best performance.The difference of the total cost of chive cultivation was mainly determined by the cultivation matrix,and the cost of using fine sand as cultivation matrix was the lowest.The unit cost of‘Rongjian’with 10 seeds∕pot sowing density using fine sand was the lowest compared with other treatments,which was 3.88 yuan∕kg.Comprehensive analysis showed that sowing 10 seeds∕pot of‘Rongjian’using fine sand cultivation was the most suitable production method for the NFT mobile growth system,which had the characteristics of high seedling survival rate,high yield and low production cost.
