形态学高清虚拟切片资源库的建设与思考 被引量:1

Establishment of and reflection on high-definition morphology virtual slide database

摘要 随着信息技术的不断发展,虚拟切片在形态学实验教学中的应用也在不断深入和完善。上海中医药大学形态学实验室于2013年起引入虚拟切片的教学模式,基于多年的实践教学及建设经验,发现虚拟切片应用于形态学教学有较多的优点,但在资源库建设中还发现一些需要改进的地方。通过建设形态学虚拟切片资源库,以期推动形态学实验教学与现代信息技术的深度融合,实现不同院校间实验资源共享的需求。 With the continuous development of information technology(IT),the application of virtual slide technology in morphology lab course is also deepening and improving.As a result,the Morphology Laboratory of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has started employing such technology in its instruction since 2013.Based on years of experience in the lab course and development of the virtual slide database,this paper summarizes the advantages of using the technology in course teaching and the problems in the development of the database.In sum,such database is expected to promote the deep integration of morphology lab teaching and modern IT,and to share lab resources among different universities.
