摘要
目前航空航天飞行器使用较多的碳纤维增强聚合物基复合材料(CFRP)结构在遭遇雷击等强电磁环境时,往往表现出更严重的损伤和破坏。总结了针对CFRP雷击损伤特性开展的理论和试验研究,揭示了雷电流作用下CFRP直接损伤的形成机理,并从不同角度探讨了影响CFRP直接雷击损伤的因素。此外,对雷电冲击后的复合材料剩余强度问题进行了分析。未来继续开展CFRP直接雷击损伤研究工作时,仍需进一步考虑实际雷电环境下电流的综合影响。
At present,carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)structures,which are frequently used in aerospace vehicles,often show more severe damages and detriments when encountering strong electromagnetic environments such as lightning strikes.This article summarized a number of theoretical analyses,experimental studies and numerical calculations carried out by researchers to explore the characteristics of CFRP lightning strike damage,revealed the formation mechanism of direct CFRP damage under the action of lightning current,and explored the factors affecting direct CFRP lightning strike damage from different perspectives.In addition,the residual strength of composites after lightning strikes was analyzed.It was proposed that when continuing the research of CFRP on direct lightning damage in the future,it was still necessary to further consider the comprehensive impact of current under the actual lightning environment.
