摘要
玄府是遍布于机体的细微机构,是天癸运行的载体,玄府郁闭会导致肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴失衡而引起排卵障碍型异常子宫出血。针刺治疗从虚实两端着手,以祛邪开玄、补虚开玄为治疗原则进行针对性地治疗。本文从玄府理论入手,探讨针刺开玄在玄府郁闭所致的肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴失衡及排卵障碍型异常子宫出血中的治疗作用机制及相关理论基础,以期为排卵障碍型异常子宫出血的临床治疗提供较新颖的辨证思路。
Xuanfu(sweat pore)is a subtle mechanism throughout the body and the carrier of the operation of sex-stimulating essence.Closure of sweat pores will lead to the imbalance of the kidney-sex-stimulating essence-the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel-uterus axis and cause abnormal uterine bleeding of ovulation disorder.Acupuncture treatment starts from both deficiency and excess,and the targeted treatment is carried out based on the treatment principle of eliminating pathogenic factors and opening pores,and tonifying deficiency and opening pores.Starting from the Xuanfu theory,this article intended to explore the therapeutic mechanism and relevant theoretical basis of acupuncture for opening pores in the imbalance of kidney-sex-stimulating essence-the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel-uterus axis caused by the closure of sweat pores and abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction,so as to provide a relatively new dialectical thinking for the clinical treatment of ovulation disorder abnormal uterine bleeding.
