摘要
目的探究百令胶囊联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果及对肾纤维化、血流动力学的影响。方法随机择取2018年6月至2020年9月我院收治的104例早期糖尿病肾病患者进行研究,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组接受常规治疗+依那普利,观察组在对照组基础上加用百令胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胱抑素C(CysC)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肾动脉收缩期最大流速(Vsmax)、舒张期最低流速(Vdmin)高于照组,搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平及红细胞(RBC)低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生理机能(PF)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果显著,可改善肾纤维化,促进肾脏血流动力学恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule combined with enalapril on early diabetes kidney disease and its influences on renal fibrosis,hemodynamics.Methods A total of 104 patients with early diabetes kidney disease admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to September 2020 were randomly selected for study.According to different treatment options,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment+enalapril,and the observation group received Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cystatin C(CysC),collageⅣ(Ⅳ-C)and tissue inhibitor of metalloprotease-1(TIMP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal artery maximum systolic velocity(Vsmax)and minimum diastolic velocity(Vdmin)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)levels and red blood cell(RBC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of albumin(ALB)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical functioning(PF),vitality(VT),social functioning(SF)and mental health(MH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with enalapril in the treatment of early diabetes kidney disease has a significant effect,it can improve renal fibrosis,promote the recovery of renal hemodynamics,which is worth promoting.
