缆式焊丝MAG焊接头的组织与性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 在相同热输入、相近焊丝化学成分条件下,对直径2.4 mm的缆式焊丝与直径1.2 mm的实心焊丝进行MAG焊试验,对比分析了缆式焊丝焊接接头的组织形态和晶粒尺寸,并对焊接接头的力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:由于缆式焊丝MAG焊的电弧力和等离子流力较小,焊缝深宽比小于实心焊丝焊缝的。缆式焊丝由于电弧旋转、搅拌熔池的特性,其接头的晶粒细化、组织更均匀,焊缝区、熔合区、热影响区的晶粒尺寸均小于实心焊丝的。缆式焊丝MAG焊接头的拉伸性能、冲击性能、侧面弯曲性能均优于实心焊丝MAG焊接头的。 Under the same heat input and similar chemical composition of welding wire,the MAG welding tests of cable wire with diameter of 2.4 mm and solid wire with diameter of 1.2 mm were carried out.The microstructure and grain size of the cable wire welded joint was compared and analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the welded joints were analyzed.The results show that the arc force and plasma flow force of cable wire MAG welding are smaller,therefore the depth-width ratio of the weld is smaller than that of solid wire welding.Because of the characteristics of arc rotation and stirring pool,the cable welding wire joint has fine grains and more uniform structure,and the grain size of weld zone,fusion zone and heat affected zone is smaller than that of solid welding wire.The tensile property,impact property and side bending property of the MAG joint welded by cable wire are better than those of the MAG joint welded by solid wire.
