摘要
控制力矩陀螺(CMG)是卫星姿态控制系统的关键执行机构,而机座为机构中的关键接口部件。其两端同轴孔作为决定力矩指向精度的关键接口位置,具有孔距长、精度高的特点。本文针对长跨距同轴孔测量中出现的单基准同轴度超差问题,从拟合圆心坐标重复性方面,分析短基准存在的问题,并根据使用要求,提出将公共轴线作为测量基准的有效性。大量装配结果表明,该方法能更准确地反映零件的真实精度。
Control torque gyroscope(CMG)is the key actuator of satellite attitude control system,and the frame is the key interface component in the mechanism.As the key interface position to determine the torque pointing accu-racy,the same-axis holes at both ends have the characteristics of long hole distance and high precision.Aiming at the problem of out-of-coaxiality of single datum in the measurement of long-span homaxial holes,this paper an-alyzes the problems of short datum from the aspect of repeatability of ftting center coordinates,and puts forward the effectiveness of using common axis as the measurement datum according to the requirements of use.A large number of assembly results show that this method can reflect the real precision of parts more accurately.
