摘要
实时评估并掌握自来水厂生产能力,对其优化运行及区域制水自动调度具有重要意义。基于自来水厂制水工艺技术特点,建立了自来水厂各工艺段构筑物及所属设备、各产线及水厂整体生产能力、负荷率和可调能力评估模型,在此基础上,建立了自来水厂产线水量优化分配流程,构建了自来水厂生产能力与负荷评估系统,并采用该系统对上海某自来水厂生产能力与负荷进行了评估。研究结果表明,该自来水厂白天负荷率相对较高,用水高峰时段水厂整体负荷率高于90%,夜间整体负荷率较低,在65%左右,该系统优化后各产线水量负荷相对均衡。所建自来水厂生产能力与负荷评估系统为水厂直观清晰了解水厂生产状态及水厂产线水量均衡分配提供了有利支撑,为水厂优化稳定运行提供指导。
It is of great significance to evaluate and master the production capacity of water works in real time for their optimal operation and automatic dispatching of regional water production.Based on the technical characteristics of water production process in waterworks,the production capacity and load evaluation model are established including the evaluation model of overall production capacity,load rate and adjustable capacity of structures and equipment in each process section of waterworks,each production line and waterworks.On this basis,the optimal balanced distribution process of the waterworks production line is established,and the production capacity and load evaluation system of waterworks is developed.The system is used to evaluate the capacity and load of a waterworks in Shanghai.The results show that the load ratio of the waterworks is relatively high in the daytime,and the overall load ratio of the waterworks is higher than 90%during the peak water use period.The overall load ratio at night is low,about 65%.The water load of each production line is relatively balanced after the system optimization.The constructed production capacity and load evaluation system of the waterworks provides a favorable support for the process personnel of the waterworks to intuitively and clearly understand the production status of the waterworks,and provides guidance for the optimal and stable operation of the waterworks.
