摘要
习近平法治思想是马克思主义法治理论中国化的最新成果。将习近平法治思想精准融入“思想道德与法治”课,一方面是该课程内在地包含着习近平法治思想,二者具有天然的耦合性和内在的关联性,这既是大学生法治教育的现实要求,也是习近平法治思想进教材、进课堂、进学生头脑的迫切需要;另一方面,习近平法治思想不仅是大学生法治教育的重要内容,而且居于灵魂和旗帜的地位,起着根本的价值导向作用。激发教师的主体积极性,增强其教学本领;发挥“思想道德与法治”课主渠道、主阵地作用;科学设计教学内容,变换教学方法是实施习近平法治思想精准融入“思想道德与法治”课的重要路径。
Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of the Marxist theory of the rule of law.The precise integration of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law into the"Ideological Morality and Rule of Law"course,on the one hand,is that the course inherently contains Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,and the two have natural coupling and internal correlation,which is not only the practical requirement of the education of the rule of law for college students,but also the It is an urgent need for Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law to enter the teaching materials,classrooms,and students'minds;on the other hand,Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is not only an important content of legal education for college students,but also occupies the status of the soul and banner, and plays a fundamental value-oriented role. Stimulating teachers' enthusiasm and enhancingtheir teaching skills;giving full play to the role of the main channel and main position of the "ideological andmorality and rule of law" course;scientifically designing teaching content and changing teaching methods are importantfor implementing Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law and accurately integrating into the " ideological andmorality and rule of law" course path.
