金属镶嵌对合成闸瓦的影响分析及改善措施

摘要 跟踪统计了某地铁线路新开通运营以来持续出现的闸瓦裂纹、掉块事故,其普遍出现的金属镶嵌现象贯穿整个裂纹发展周期,且金属镶嵌闸瓦最终将出现裂纹、掉块;结合闸瓦生产工艺流程、物理力学性能参数及轨道状态、车轮踏面情况剖析金属镶嵌出现的原因,建议定期清理轨道,检查车轮表面状态,对有金属镶嵌的闸瓦通过早期剔除镶嵌物、磨去表面凹坑解决裂纹延伸的问题,且应及时更换有大块金属镶嵌的闸瓦,可有效避免金属镶嵌对列车制动甚至是运营安全的影响。 The accidents of brake shoe cracking and block dropping continuously occurred since the new operation of a subway line were tracked and counted.The common metal inlaid phenomenon runs through the whole crack development cycle,and the metal inlaid brake shoe will eventually crack and block dropping.Combining production technological process,physical and mechanical performance parameters of the brake shoe and track condition,wheel tread profile metal Mosaic of reason,suggest that regular cleaning orbit,check the wheel surface state,for brake shoe with metal Mosaic through early eliminate inlays,surface pits is ground to solve the problem of crack extension,and should be replaced in a timely manner with a chunk of metal Mosaic,brake shoe,It can effectively avoid the influence of metal inlays on train braking and even operation safety.
