摘要
膜分离技术在现代的环境、能源、工业、医疗、水处理等领域都具有非常大的应用前景,聚酰亚胺是众多聚合物膜材料中性能和化学性质都比较优良的材料,自具微孔聚酰亚胺是近十几年出现的新型膜材料,具有优异的结构稳定性及分离性能,对CO_(2)/N_(2),CO_(2)/CH_(4),H_(2)/N_(2),O_(2)/N_(2)等分离体系都有很大的提升.综述了应用于聚酰亚胺膜中常见的3种结构:Sprio双环中心结构、桥接双环结构以及Iptycene结构,并对其进行了具体分析,对该类聚合物研究方向做了一定的展望.
Membrane separation technology has great application prospects in modern environment,energy,industry,medical treatment,water treatment and other fields.Polyimide is a material with excellent performance and chemical properties among many polymer membrane materials.Polymers of intrinsicmicroporosity membrane(PIM)is a new type of membrane material that has emerged in the past ten years.It has excellent structural stability and separation performance.It has great improve on separation systems such as CO_(2)/N_(2),CO_(2)/CH_(4),H_(2)/N_(2),O_(2)/N_(2),etc.Reviews three common structures used in polyimide membranes,Sprio bicyclic center structure,bridged bicyclic structure and Iptycene structure,and analyzes them in detail,and gives a certain outlook on the research direction of this type of polymer.
