摘要
【目的】研究联苯肼酯及其代谢物在苹果残留试验样品中冷冻条件下的储藏稳定性、模拟运输过程中的稳定性及样品提取液的稳定性,探讨储藏时间和储藏温度对样品残留量的影响,以期为苹果中联苯肼酯及其代谢物的准确定量分析提供理论依据。【方法】通过分析储藏时间、储藏温度和经溶剂提取后储藏过程中联苯肼脂残留量的变化,选择适宜的储藏时间、储藏温度和提取液储存时间,防止因储藏方式不当导致农药降解而影响检测结果的正确性。【结果】储藏时间、储藏温度均会对联苯肼酯及其代谢物在苹果中的残留量产生影响。根据JMPR 2006年报告,-24~-20℃冷冻条件下联苯肼酯和联苯肼酯-二氮烯在苹果中的残留量在224 d内是稳定的,在模拟运输过程中1~5℃的储藏条件下24 h之内是稳定的,样品提取液在-24~-20℃的储藏条件下储藏48 h是稳定的。【结论】苹果联苯肼酯农药残留试验样品从采集到检测的储藏时间最长不能超过224 d,所有样品运输到实验室时温度需控制在5℃以下,样品提取液须在48 h之内完成检测,可确保检测结果准确可靠。
【Objective】By studying the storage stability of bifenazate and its metabolites in apple residue test samples under freezing conditions,the stability during simulated transportation and the stability of sample extract,the effects of storage time and storage temperature on sample residue were discussed,in order to provide theoretical basis for the accurate and quantitative analysis of bifenazate and its metabolites in apples.【Methods】By analyzing the change of storage time,storage temperature and residual amount during storage after solvent extraction,the appropriate storage time,storage temperature and storage time of extraction solution are selected to prevent the pesticide degradation caused by improper storage method from affecting the correctness of detection results.【Results】Storage time and storage temperature will affect the residue of bifenazate and its metabolites in apples.According to JMPR’s 2006 report,the residues of bifenazate and bifenazate-diazene in apples under the freezing conditions of-24℃~-20℃are stable within 224 days,stable within 24 hours under the storage conditions of 1~5℃during the simulated transportation process,and the sample extract is stable under the storage conditions of-24~-20℃for 48 hours.【Conclusion】The storage time of the test sample of apple diphenylhydrazide pesticide residue from collection to detection should not exceed 224 days.The temperature of all samples should be controlled below 5℃when they are transported to the laboratory,and the sample extraction solution should be tested within 48 hours to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
