低压天然气管道内检测工艺技术

摘要 内检测不仅是长输油气管道定期检验的首要推荐方法,还是保障安全运行和提高输送效率的重要手段。低压天然气管道作为特殊的长输管道,内检测极易出现速度不稳、偏磨、跟踪异常、停球、卡堵等情况,因此亟须研究专门的内检测工艺。本文详细分析了内检测器要求及配件选择原则,提出了发球过程3种模型和关键措施,推导出了清管器/内检测器在不同钢级、不同风险等级地区的最大允许运行速率,以及对背压、跟踪、卡球/停球及收球等内检测工艺关键控制点进行详细阐述,对低压天然气管道及城市燃气管道清管维护和内检测具有指导意义,也对其他气体管道内检测具有借鉴意义。 In-line inspection is not only the first recommended method for periodical inspection of long distance oil and gas pipelines,but also an important method to guarantee safe operation and improve transportation efficiency.Low pressure natural gas pipeline as a special long distance pipeline,in-line detecting is prone to unstable velocity,eccentric wear,abnormal tracking,pig stop,pig stuck and other situations,process technology of in-line inspection need to research absolutely.This paper analyzes the requirements and principle of pig or inner detector’s fitting selection in detail,and puts forward three models and key measures of launching process.This paper also infers the maximum allowable running rates of pig or inner detector in different steel grades and different risk levels,and introduces the key points of in-line inspection technology including back pressure,tracking,pig stuck or stopped and pig receiving.Therefor,this paper could guide the maintaining and pigging or in-line inspection for low pressure natural gas pipeline,city natural gas pipeline,and other gas pipeline.
