摘要
目的:探讨儿童护理安全管理中的护理风险警示标识的应用价值。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年9月河西学院附属张掖人民医院儿科收治的患儿80例为对照组,选取2021年10月-2022年10月河西学院附属张掖人民医院儿科收治的患儿80例为研究组。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予护理风险警示标识干预。比较两组患儿护理安全管理质量评分、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果:研究组身份识别和安全审查、风险因素评估率和准确率、护理安全管理制度落实情况、专科交接评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:儿童护理安全管理中的风险警示标识可以有效改善护理工作质量,降低不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of nursing risk warning labels in pediatric nursing safety management.Methods:Eighty children admitted to Department of Pediatrics,Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the control group.Eighty children admitted to Department of Pediatrics,Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received nursing risk warning label intervention on the basis of control group.The quality score of nursing safety management,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The identification and safety review,risk factor assessment rate and accuracy rate,the implementation of nursing safety management system,specialty handover score and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:The risk warning labels in the pediatric nursing safety management can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,reduce the incidence of adverse events and elevate nursing satisfaction.
