摘要
溢流下拉法生产中,横切端对玻璃的切割划线及掰断会直接影响到玻璃退火区,进而影响到玻璃基板的应力。针对溢流下拉法生产TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板的过程中横切端对应力的影响,测试了横切端设备基准、切割和掰断与机械应力的关系,实验结果表明:通过调整#3牵引辊、上部导向、砧板条、机器人位置关系,使其在同一平面内,可有效减小横切工艺对玻璃成形退火的影响,达到提升玻璃基板应力品质的目的。
In overflow process,the cutting,marking and breaking of glass by crosscutting station will directly affect the annealing zone of glass,and then affect the stress of glass substrate.In view of the influence of the crosscut on the stress in process of producing TFT-LCD glass substrate in overflow method,the relationship between the equipment reference,cutting,breaking and mechanical stress is#tested.The results show that adjusting the position relationship of 3 traction roll,upper guide,cutting board and robot to make them in the same plane can effectively reduce the influence of crosscutting process on glass annealing,and achieve the purpose of increasing the stress quality of the glass substrate.
