摘要
基于硼硅酸盐玻璃窑炉烟气处理工艺技术的研究及应用,通过对电子玻璃、药品玻璃窑炉烟气处理问题梳理、烟气成分机理分析,攻克了电子玻璃、药品玻璃生产中一直存在的窑炉烟气难于处理、系统维护困难的技术难点,研究、开发了一套适用于电子玻璃、药品玻璃窑炉烟气处理技术,应用于多条电子玻璃生产线后,烟气的洁净排放不但满足国家环保排放标准,更达到了超低排放的水平,同时也有效解决了传统处理工艺中系统建设运行成本高、不能稳定运行、影响正常生产等问题。
Based on the research and application of borosilicate glass furnace flue gas treatment technology,through sorting out the flue gas treatment problems of electronic glass and pharmaceutical glass furnace and analyzing the mechanism of flue gas composition,the technical difficulties of furnace flue gas treatment and system maintenance in the production of electronic glass and pharmaceutical glass have been overcome,and a set of flue gas treatment technology suitable for electronic glass and pharmaceutical glass furnace has been researched and developed,after being applied to the multi-electronic glass production line,the clean emission of flue gas not only meets the national environmental protection emission standards,but also reaches the ultra-low emission level,at the same time,it also effectively solves the problems of high system construction and operation cost,unstable operation and impact on normal production in the traditional treatment process.
