复方黄精口服液的制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的以黄精、酸枣仁为主原料,辅以茯苓、百合和栀子,研究复方黄精口服液的最佳制作工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,运用响应面中Box-Behnken Design对黄精口服液的制备工艺进行探索,以求得到总多糖提取率高、浸膏得率优以及口感佳的黄精口服液。具体方法为采用常见的水提方法制备复方黄精口服液,通过苯酚-硫酸法测提取液中总多糖的提取率作为主要考察指标,浸膏得率作为另一指标,利用单因素实验和响应面法从液料比、提取温度和提取时间3个方面优选出复方黄精口服液最佳提取条件,并用最优条件提取的口服液进行口感调试。结果复方黄精口服液的提取工艺最佳条件为液料比11∶1、温度100℃、时间4 h,黄精口服液中总多糖的提取率为(8.13±0.61)%,浸膏得率为(17.10±1.56)%。口感调试时加3 g木糖醇的口感为大多数人接受。结论试验表明优选出的提取工艺稳定、合理,获得的复方黄精口服液口感适宜。 Objective To study the best processing technology of Compound Huangjing oral liquid by using Polygonati rhizoma and Ziziphi spinosae semen as the main raw materials,supplemented with Poria,Lilii bulbus and Gardeniae fructus.Methods On the basis of single factor experiment,the production technology of Compound Huangjing oral liquid was explored by Box-Behnken Design in response surface to obtain the best preparation conditions and formula of Compound Huangjing oral liquid with high extraction rate of total polysaccharides,high yield of extract and good taste.The water extraction method was used to prepare Compound Huangjing oral liquid.The extraction rate of total polysaccharides in the extract was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method as the main index,and the extract yield was used as another index.The best extraction conditions of Compound Huangjing oral liquid were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface method,and the taste of the oral liquid was adjusted.Results The optimum extraction conditions of Compound Huangjing oral liquid were as follows:liquid-material ratio 11∶1,temperature 100℃,time 4 h.The extraction rate of total polysaccharides in Compound Huangjing oral liquid was(8.13±0.61)%,and the extraction rate was(17.10±1.56)%.With 3 g xylitol,the taste of Compound Huangjing oral liquid is more suitable for most people.Conclusion The experiment showed that the optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable,and the obtained oral liquid has a suitable taste.
