超细铜尾矿免烧免蒸养环保砖的研究

摘要 文中通过正交试验得出适用于超细铜尾矿的最佳固化剂配方为:水泥、粉煤灰、消石灰、脱硫石膏和石英粉用量分别为25%、40%、25%、4%和6%。固化剂掺量为20%时,超细铜尾矿免烧免蒸养环保砖的性能最佳,其7d、28d抗压强度分别为17.6MPa、22.5MPa,软化系数分别为0.65和0.80。C-S-H凝胶、钙矾石[Ca_(6)Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)(OH)_(12)·26H_(2)O]等新矿物的生成是超细铜尾矿环保砖具有较高的抗压强度和耐水性的主要原因。 In this study,the optimal ratio of curing agent suitable for ultrafine copper tailings is that the dosage of cement,fly ash,hydrated lime,desulfurized gypsum and limestone powder are 25%,40%,25%,4% and 6% respectively.When the mixing amount of curing agent is 20%,the performance of environmental brick is best,with the compressive strength of 7d and 28d are 17.6,22.5 MPa respectively,and the softening coefficient are 0.65 and 0.80 respectively.The generation of new minerals such as C-S-H gel and CagAl,(SO_(4))_(3)(OH)_(12)·26H_(2)O is the main reason for the high compressive strength and water resistance of ultrafine copper tailings environmental brick.
