摘要
家庭医生签约服务自实施以来,分担了我国医疗系统的很大压力,为居民提供了切实的医疗便利。但目前需要对我国家庭医生签约服务实施进展如何、各地签约模式是否有所不同、社区居民对其服务质量是否满意等问题进行探究。通过梳理国内外家庭医生签约服务的文献,对其研究现状进行总结概括,并针对目前签约服务中遇到的问题进行剖析,提出合理化的建议。
Since the implementation of the family doctor contract service,it has shared the great pressure of China's medical system and provided practical medical convenience for residents.However,at present,how is the implementation progress of family doctor contract service in China,whether the contract mode is different in different regions,and whether community residents are satisfied with their service quality need to be explored.By combing the domestic and foreign literature of family doctor contract service,this paper summarizes its current research status,analyzes the problems encountered in the current contract service,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
