森林火灾救援机群调度策略研究

摘要 我国森林火灾时有发生,在重大和特重大森林火灾灭火实践中,通常采用机群吊桶洒水灭火方式进行作业,这种作业方式能迅速压制火头、火线,在整个救火过程中发挥重要作用。随着我国通航应急救援的发展,国内将配备更多直升机投入森林消防救援。本文考虑各着火点的救援优先级,以及着火点随着救援时长所需水量的动态变化,研究使用机群吊桶灭火调度策略,最终实现机群灭火过程中救援效率的最大化。 In China,forest fires are a frequent occurrence,and the method of extinguishing them often involves the use of water-filled buckets.This method efliectively suppresses the fire head and fire line,and plays a crucial role in the overall firefighting process.However,as the use of general aviation emergency rescue has become more prevalent,helicopters are increasingly being employed in forest firefighting efforts.In this paper,we explore the rescue prioritization of each ignition point and examine the dynamic changes in water demand of each point as the rescue mission progresses.Additionally,we analyze various firefighting scheduling strategies and aim to determine the maximal efficiency of water-based firefighting efforts.
