埋地成品油管道交流干扰情况分析及防护方案设计

摘要 本文利用uDL2对管道进行了24小时交流干扰检测,并对干扰规律以及防护方案进行了讨论。讨论结果表明:主要交流干扰源为电气化铁路;当管道与铁路交叉时,离交叉点越近,交流干扰程度越大;当管道路由与输电线路径相对关系发生变化时,变化点处交流干扰程度增大;该段管道需埋设4处排流地床,设置位置为YB18、Y20、Y06、Y05;现场缓解试验及计算结果表明,交流干扰治理需300m锌带。 This paper used uDL2 to detect the 24-hour AC interference of the pipeline,and discusses the interference law and protection scheme.The discussion results show that:the main source of AC interference is the electrified railway;when the pipeline intersects with the railway,the closer to the intersection,the greater the degree of AC interference;when the relative relationship between the pipeline route and the transmission line path changes,the AC interference degree at the change point is greater.4 drainage beds need to be buried in this section of the pipeline,and the setting positions are YB18,Y20,Y06,and Y05;the field mitigation test and calculation results show that 300 meters of zinc strips are required for AC interference control.
