摘要
为解决城市轨道交通中压供电系统后备保护无选择性问题,提出了一种基于光纤通信的环网保护方案。该方案将保护区细分为环网线、母线、负荷馈线3个区域,并针对每个区域的故障特征制定保护方案。环网线配置了2套不同原理的双端电气量保护,包括光差和线路电流比较保护;母线故障,在环网进出线柜的保护装置上都配置了母线电流比较保护;通过停信逻辑,母线电流比较保护将其动作区扩展到下级,可作为下级故障的远后备保护,同时设计了环网线两端保护联跳,故不必设置专门的失灵逻辑;该方案取消了母差保护装置,采用保护直跳方式取代母线跳闸小母线;保护装置采用光纤直连方式组网,取消了光纤交换机。该方案具有保护逻辑简单清晰、保护冗余度高、保护可靠性高等优点。
In order to solve the problem of no selectivity of backup protection for medium voltage power supply system of urban rail transit,a ring network protection scheme based on optical fiber communication is proposed.In this scheme,the protection zone is divided into three areas:ring network line,bus bar and load feeder,and the protection scheme is formulated according to the fault characteristics of each area.The ring network line is equipped with two sets of double terminal electrical quantity protection with different principles,including optical difference protection and“Line Current Comparison Protection(LCCP)”;In case of bus fault,“Bus Current Comparison Protection(BCCP)”is configured both on the protection devices of ring network incoming cabinet and outgoing line cabinet.Through the“Stop Signal Logic”,BCCP can extend its action zone to a longer distance,which can cover the fault of the next substation,so it can be used as the remote backup protection for the following faults.In addition,“Protection Interlock Tripping of both ends of the ring network line”is also designed,so there is no need to set special failure logic.In this scheme,the bus differential protection device is canceled,and the protection direct tripping mode is used to replace the small bus tripping bus;the optical fiber direct connection mode is adopted for the protection device,and the optical fiber switch is canceled.In conclusion,the scheme has the advantages of simple and clear protection logic,high protection redundancy and high protection reliability.
