摘要
设计研发安全环保和高性能的汽车制动器衬片是当前汽车行业研究重点。本文以钛基摩擦材料作为汽车制动器衬片的制备主料,分析确定了影响制动器衬片性能的材料配比;同时通过改进原料预处理工艺和压制成型工艺,进一步稳定了制动器衬片的摩擦性能。研究结果表明:改进后的制动器衬片在0~350℃范围内摩擦系数达到0.37~0.47,平均磨损率0.18(10-7cm^(3)/Nm),耐高温性能可达680~700℃。最后,通过综合分析法对试验数据进行分析,确定了汽车制动器衬片的最佳制备方案。
The design and development of safe,environmentally friendly and high performance automotive brake liner is the focus of the current automotive industry.Using titanium base friction material as the main preparation of automobile brake liner,to analyze and determine the material ratio.The results show that the friction coefficient within 0~350℃reaches 0.37-0.47,the average wear rate is 0.18(10-7 cm^(3)/Nm),and the high temperature resistance can reach 680~700℃.Finally,the test data were analyzed by comprehensive analysis to determine the best preparation scheme of automobile brake liner.
