摘要
为提升公交站系统的服务能力,提高乘客在候车阶段的满意度,本文在对现有公交站系统和乘客类型分析的基础上,通过实地观察、深入访谈、发放调研问卷等形式,分析乘客在候车阶段对公交站系统产生的用户评价数据,归纳出公交站系统的用户评价指标及乘客对现有公交站系统的满意度。结合KANO模型并依据乘客类型的差异,确定各个评价指标的重要度。最后,依据公交站系统各个评价指标的不同重要度,给出初步优化策略,为国内公交站系统的优化设计提供参考。
In order to improve the service capacity of the bus stop system and improve the satisfaction of passengers in the waiting stage,this paper,based on the analysis of the existing bus stop system and the types of passengers,analyzes the user evaluation data generated by passengers in the waiting stage on the bus stop system through field observation,in-depth interviews,and questionnaires,and summarizes the user evaluation indicators of the bus stop system and the satisfaction of passengers with the existing bus stop system.Combined with KANO model and based on the difference of passenger types,determine the importance of each evaluation index.Finally,according to the different importance of each evaluation index of the bus stop system,the preliminary optimization strategy is given to provide reference for the optimization design of the domestic bus stop system.
