摘要
目的:分析门冬胰岛素、地特胰岛素联合治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的效果。方法:收集2020年1月—2022年7月于航空总医院收治的100例GDM患者,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,50例接受门冬胰岛素治疗者作为对照组,50例接受门冬胰岛素、地特胰岛素联合治疗者作为观察组,对两组患者的临床疗效、血糖水平及母婴结局进行比较。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率是96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中不良母婴结局的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GDM患者采用门冬胰岛素、地特胰岛素联合治疗可取得显著效果,不仅能提升其临床疗效,改善血糖水平,还能降低不良母婴结局的发生率。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Insulin Aspartate and Insulin Detemir combined therapy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Method:A total of 100 cases of patients with GDM admitted to Aviation General Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were collected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Fifty cases of patients who were received Insulin Aspartate treatment were included in the control group,and fifty cases of patients who were introduced to Insulin Aspartate and Insulin Detemir combined treatment were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of insulin aspartate and insulin Detemir in patients with GDM can achieve significant effects,which can not only improve the clinical efficacy,improve the blood glucose level,but also reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
