摘要
针对饲喂巴杀异常乳是否对犊牛生长性能及血清指标有影响的问题,选用240头健康的新生荷斯坦犊牛作为试验动物,采用随机区组设计将犊牛分为2个处理组:巴杀异常乳(PAM)组和代乳粉(MR)组,开食料相同,试验期12周。结果表明:PAM组饮奶量和采食量显著降低于MR组(P<0.05)。5周龄时,PAM组犊牛的体质量极显著高于MR组(P<0.01)。0~5周龄,PAM组平均日增质量极显著高于MR组(P<0.01);PAM组体斜长和腹围显著降低于MR组(P<0.05);PAM组犊牛的粪便评分极显著低于MR组(P<0.01)。0~12周龄,平均血清葡萄糖浓度和总蛋白质量浓度差异不显著,而PAM组白蛋白质量浓度和球蛋白质量浓度显著高于MR组(P<0.05)。0~12周龄,PAM组平均血清皮质醇质量浓度显著高于MR组(P<0.05),胰岛素浓度、白细胞介素-6质量浓度和白细胞介素-1β质量浓度差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲喂巴杀异常乳降低了犊牛的采食量、体斜长和腹围,但对日增质量没有显著影响,提高了血清白蛋白质量浓度和球蛋白质量浓度,但增加了犊牛的应激。
This paper was aimed at the question of whether the feeding of pasteurized abnormal milk affects the growth performance and serum indexes of calves,a total of 240 healthy newborn Holstein calves were selected as experimental animals.The calves were divided into two treatment groups by random block design of pasteurized abnormal milk(PAM)group and milk replacer powder(MR)group.With the same starter,the trial period was 12 weeks.The results show that the milk intake and feed intake of PAM group are significantly lower than those of MR group(P<0.05).At 5 weeks of age,the body weight of calves in PAM group is significantly higher than that in MR group(P<0.01).At 0 to 5 weeks,the average daily gain(ADG)of PAM group is significantly higher than that of MR group(P<0.01).The body length and abdominal circumference of PAM group is significantly lower than those of MR group(P<0.05).The fecal score of calves in PAM group is significantly lower than that in MR group(P<0.01).At 0 to 12 weeks of age,there is no significant difference in average serum glucose and total protein,while albumin and globulin in PAM group are significantly higher than those in MR group(P<0.05).At 0 to12 weeks of age,the average serum cortisol mass concentration in PAM group is significantly higher than that in MR group(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference in INS,IL-6 and IL-1β(P>0.05).The feed intake,body length and abdominal circumference of calves are reduced by feeding pasteurized abnormal milk,but daily weight gain is not affected.And serum albumin and globulin are increased,but calf stress is increased.
