摘要
针对某反应堆压力容器滚压螺栓旋合和拉伸试验过程中发生卡滞问题,通过一系列螺栓检测及试验研究,分析螺栓旋合和拉伸过程中发生卡滞的原因,确定螺纹配合间隙、螺距累积误差及螺旋线偏差是影响滚压螺栓旋合和拉伸的主要因素。
In order to solve the problem of stuck of the reactor pressure vessel rolling bolt in the process of screwing and tension test,a series of inspections and tests of the bolt is carried out,the cause of stuck during screwing and tensioningt is analyzed.It was determined that the main factors affecting the rolling bolt screwing and tensioning include thread fit clearance,cumulative pitch error and helix deviation.
