履带式排水车的爬坡行驶稳定性分析 被引量:1

摘要 从理论角度分析了某型履带式排水车的爬坡行驶性能,得出最大爬坡角度约为39.4°。为了验证理论分析的准确性,在动力学仿真软件RecurDyn中建立了三维模型,地面设置为硬质沙地,以避免车体过度下陷,结合Simulink平台进行联合仿真。发现在坡度达到39.4°时,履带式排水车出现倾覆现象,总质心位置会影响最大爬坡角度。经仿真分析,变质心控制可以有效提升履带式排水车的坡道行驶稳定性。 The climbing performance of a certain type crawler drainage vehicle was analyzed theoretically,and the maximum climbing angle was about 39.4°.In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis,a three-dimensional model was established in the dynamics simulation software RecurDyn,and the ground was set as hard sand to avoid excessive subsidence of the vehicle body.The joint simulation was carried out with the Simulink platform.It was found that when the slope reached 39.40,the crawler drainage vehicle would overturn,and the total centroid position would affect the maximum climbing angle.The simulation analysis showed that the varying centroid control could effectively improve the stability of crawler drainage vehicles on the ramp.
