摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)是全球性公共卫生问题。COVID-19可引发急性肾损伤,是COVID-19患者住院死亡的独立危险因素。早期识别COVID-19患者并发急性肾损伤相关风险因素有助于早期干预、改善患者预后。本文就COVID-19并发急性肾损伤风险因素及风险预测生物标志物的研究进展作一综述。
The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a global public health problem.COVID-19 can trigger acute kidney injury and is an independent risk factor of in-hospital death in COVID-19 patients.Early identification of risk factors associated with acute kidney injury in COVID patients may contribute to the early intervention and improve the prognosis.This paper reviews the research progress of risk factors and risk prediction biomarkers of acute kidney injury in patients with COVID-19.
