摘要
目的:观察中老年全膝关节置换手术患者应用标准化加速康复外科护理措施预防术后DVT(下肢深静脉血栓)的临床效果。方法:将58例中老年全膝关节置换手术患者随机纳入参照组(予以普通护理干预)、标准组(予以标准化加速康复外科护理干预),各组分别纳入29例。结果:标准组术后并发症较参照组减少(P<0.05)。结论:中老年全膝关节置换手术患者实施标准化加速康复外科护理干预措施,可以减少术后并发症,提高术后DVT预防效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of applying standardized accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing measures to prevent postoperative DVT(lower extremity deep vein thrombosis)in middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery.Methods:58 middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery were randomly included in the reference group(with general nursing intervention)and the standard group(with standardized accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention).29 patients were included in each group.Results:The postoperative complications in the standard group were less than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention for middle-aged and elderly patients with total knee replacement can reduce postoperative complications,reduce the circumference of lower limbs,and improve the preventive effect of postoperative DVT.
