摘要
本文对新版ISO 6605:2017《Hydraulic fluid power—Test methods for hoses and hose assemblies》标准与老版ISO 6605:2002(被国家标准GB/T 7939-2008《液压软管总成试验方法》修改采用)进行了比对,并在实验室对标准中的关键指标进行了检测验证。结果表明,新版标准的变化以及关键指标的检测验证方法在我国产品中具有较好的可行性。因此,在第二次国家标准修订中等同采用了新版ISO标准,为该产品质量评价和检测验证提供依据。
In this paper,the technical contents of ISO 6605:2017,Hydraulic fluid power—Test methods for hoses and hose assemblies and ISO 6605:2002(adopted and modified by GB/T 7939-2008,Hydraulic fluid power—Hose assemblies—Test methods)are compared and analyzed.Moreover,the key indicators in ISO 6605:2017 are tested and verified in the laboratory.The results showed that technical changes and testing methods of key indicators in ISO 6605:2017 are feasible for the hoses and and hose assemblies made in China.Therefore,the new version of ISO 6605was equally adopted in the second revision of GB/T 7939,which can provide a basis for the quality evaluation and testing verification of products.
