摘要
针对产品开发设计流程需求-功能映射过程不完善,映射内容不精准进行改进,设计产品功能架构。以公理设计框架为指导,利用Kano模型和QFD分析客户需求,转化为产品技术特性,建立客户需求-技术特性一级质量屋,生成技术特性设计结构矩阵,完善一级质量屋;确定功能意图,特化概念,以技术特性为依据,利用公理设计进行功能分析,得出架构功能元素,建立技术特性-功能要求二级质量屋;根据设计矩阵建立功能要求-设计参数三级质量屋,生成功能设计结构矩阵,完善二级质量屋,构建QFD-AD-DSM集成模型,根据集成模型构建并拓展产品功能架构。以小型无人机停泊舱的架构设计为例,验证了设计过程的有效性。
In view of problems in the product development and design process,such as imperfect requirements-function mapping and inaccurate mapping content,an improved method to design product functional architecture is proposed.Under the guidance of axiomatic design framework,Kano model and QFD are used to analyze customer requirements and transform them into product technical characteristics.The first level house of quality of customer requirements-technical characteristics is established.The design structure matrix of technical characteristics is generated,and the first level house of quality is improved.The functional intention and specialized concept are determined.Based on the technical characteristics,axiomatic design is used for functional analysis.The functional elements of the architecture are obtained,and the second level house of quality of technical characteristics-functional requirements is established.According to the design matrix,the third level house of quality of functional requirements-design parameters is established.The design structure matrix of function is generated and the second level house of quality is improved.The QFD-AD-DSM integrated model is built,and the product functional architecture are built and expanded according to the integrated model.The architecture design of a small UAV berthing cabin is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed design process.
