摘要
教师不仅是推进教改工作的重要主体,更是学生实现综合发展的关键动力。高职高水平结构化教师教学创新团队隶属新兴教学组织,其是新时期背景下高职院校教改工作有序推进的奠基石,更是高职教育实现提质增效的核心所在。高职院校若想培育高水平结构化教师教学创新团队,需要明确科学理念,建设团队文化,深化协同创新,优化制度供给,以此为高水平结构化教学创新团队培育提供支持。
Teachers are not only the main body of promoting teaching reform,but also the key driving force for students to achieve comprehensive development.The teaching innovation team of high-level structured teachers in higher vocational colleges is subordinate to emerging teaching organizations.It is the cornerstone of the orderly promotion of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and is also the core of achieving quality and efficiency improvement in higher vocational education.If higher vocational colleges want to cultivate high-level structured teaching innovation teams,they need to clarify scientific concepts,build team culture,deepen collaborative innovation,and optimize system supply,so as to provide support for the cultivation of high-level structured teaching innovation teams.
