摘要
为了解决产品结构单一,影响选煤厂整体效益的问题,郭家湾选煤厂基于当前选煤技术的发展,并结合市场调研情况,通过调整原煤分级粒度,改变浅槽重介分选机和三产品重介质旋流器的入选粒级,生产出特低灰煤,以实现选煤厂产品的多样化。研究结果表明:当市场对特低灰煤需求量大时,选煤厂原煤全部用来生产特低灰煤,此时可增加经济效益7 650万元/a;当市场对特低灰煤需求小时,选煤厂部分原煤用来生产特低灰煤(1.00 Mt/a),此时可增加经济效益2 221万元/a。产品结构优化可提高选煤厂生产的灵活性,更好的适应市场变化,达到提质增效的目的。
The economic performance of Guojiawan Plant used to be adversely affected due to production of only a few kinds of products.To deal with this situation,work is made by the plant on the production of diverse products in line with the current development of coal preparation technology and the market survey.Through adjustment of raw coal classification size and change of feed size of both heavy-medium vessel and 3-product H.M.cyclone,the plant can now produce ultralow-ash coal products.Practice shows that all the raw coal can be treated to produce the ultralow-ash coal when there is a high market demand and when the market demand shrinks,only part of the raw coal is treated to produce this product with an annual capacity reaching 1.O0 million tons.The additional revenues that can be obtained per year amount to 76.5 million yuan in the former case and 22.21 million yuan in the latter case.Optimization of product mix makes it possible for the plant to operate with a higher flexibility and adaptability to change of market needs and improved coal washing efficiency and product structure.
