混料罐控制系统的设计

摘要 以YL-158GA1电气实训装置为平台,设计开发一套混料灌控制系统。控制系统基于对PLC的开发,与MCGSE嵌入版组态环境等软件进行联调,设计完成后,可以控制混料灌内部电机的运行状态,并能通过触摸屏达到与工艺设备进行人机交互的功能。 This paper takes YL-158GA1 electrical training device as a platform to design a set of mixed irrigation control system.Based on the development of PLC,the control system is coordinated with software such as MCGSE embedded version of configuration environment.When the design is completed,it can control the running state of internal motor of mixed irrigation and achieve the function of man-machine interaction with the process equipment through touch screen.
