摘要
西部院校的转型发展和高质量发展离不开对学生的培养。对学生进行培养不仅要使学生掌握科学知识,还要培育学生的人文素养、行为品德。近年来,部分大学生在诸多方面出现了一些认知偏差和行为问题。笔者结合西部地方师范院校的教学与管理实践,基于教育叙事的视角,主要从教师层面、学生层面、班级层面、学校层面等维度提出若干理念与具体措施,以起到抛砖引玉之效,为新时代的高校协同育人人才培养模式提供借鉴。
The transformation and high-quality development of Western universities cannot be separated from the cultivation of students.To cultivate students,it is not only necessary to enable them to master scientific knowledge,but also to cultivate their humanistic literacy and behavioral morality.In recent years,some college students have experienced cognitive biases and behavioral problems in various aspects.Based on the teaching and management practices of local normal universities in the western region,and from the perspective of educational narrative,the author proposes several concepts and specific measures from the perspectives of teachers,students,classes,and schools,in order to serve as a reference for the collaborative talent cultivation model of universities in the new era.
