摘要
为了研究知识产权保护与非农行业转型升级水平之间的关系,建立了相对增长速度作为测度行业转型升级水平的工具,以浙江省16个非农行业作为研究对象,以2010-2019年的产值为依据,得到了各行业转型升级指数,再利用知识产权保护强度指数,使用相关分析获得结论:浙江省有7个行业转型升级水平与知识产权保护具有显著的正相关关系。
In order to study the relationship between the protection of intellectual property rights and the transformation and upgrading level of non-agricultural industries,the relative growth rate is established as a tool to measure the transformation and upgrading level of industries.Taking sixteen non-agricultural industries in Zhejiang Province as the research subjects and based on the output value from 2010 to 2019,the transformation and upgrading index of each industry is obtained,and then the intensity index of the protection of intellectual property rights is used,the conclusion is reached from using the correlation analysis,that the transformation and upgrading level of seven industries in Zhejiang Province has a significant positive correlation with the protection of intellectual property rights.
