摘要
为了提高石油树脂的品质,根据聚合反应活性组分沸程不同,将C_(9)馏分原料进行精馏切割,并通过色谱分离方法对C_(9)馏分原料及切割所得馏分进行了组成分析。结果表明,1#馏分富含苯乙烯及其衍生物,2#馏分富含双环戊二烯(DCPD)及其分解后生成的环戊二烯,3#馏分富含茚及其衍生物,4#馏分为釜残,富含萘等C10芳烃及以上组分。其中1#、2#和3#馏分为可用于生产高品质石油树脂的三类原料。
In order to improve the quality of petroleum resin,the C_(9) fraction raw material was distilled and cut according to the different boiling ranges of the active components in the polymerization reaction.The composition of the C_(9) fraction raw material and the cut fraction were analyzed through chromatographic separation method.The results show that fraction 1 is rich in styrene and its derivatives,fraction 2 is rich in dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and its decomposed cyclopentadiene,fraction 3 is rich in indene and its derivatives,and fraction 4 is residual,rich in C10 aromatic hydrocarbons and above such as naphthalene.Among them,1#,2#,and 3#fractions are three types of raw materials that can be used to produce high-quality petroleum resins.
